SKF6/SZ25 Hydraulic Power Steering System

The SKF6 manual control valve and the SZ25 steering cylinder are widely used in rice harvesters. The SKF6 manual control valve controls the SZ25 steering cylinder to shift the gearbox dial to achieve hydraulic power steering during the walking process. The SKF6 manual control valve has the function of re-pressurizing the oil at the working port, and the pressure of the relief valve increases as the commutation stroke increases, thereby reducing the pressure shock of the system. The initial length of the SZ25 steering cylinder piston rod is adjustable within a certain range, and the lock nut is locked between the adjusting screw and the piston rod to ensure its convenient installation and reliability during work. The SZ25 steering cylinder can also be combined with other manual or solenoid control valves, as well as hydraulic power steering of the track during travel.

★ Reversing pressure linkage: the working oil port has the function of oil re-pressurization first, reversing and pressing linkage
★ The length of the piston rod is adjustable: the initial length of the piston rod of the steering cylinder is adjustable within a certain range, and the lock nut is locked between the adjusting screw and the piston rod.
